Transparence des systèmes d'IA générative (AI Act art. 50)

Ensure your generative AI systems include user information and labeling features for synthetic content as mandated by the AI Act. Document these changes to demonstrate compliance during potential audits.

The AI Act requires generative AI systems to clearly inform users that they are interacting with AI. Generated or manipulated content (images, audio, video, text) must be machine-readable labeled, including deepfakes, to ensure traceability and combat disinformation.

Businesses and professionals using generative AI tools must integrate mechanisms to inform users and label synthetic content in their processes. This may require technical adjustments to comply, especially for platforms distributing AI-generated content.
