Règlement européen sur l'IA (AI Act)

Identify the risk category of your AI systems now and prepare to comply with the applicable obligations starting in 2025, following the Act's phased deadlines.

The EU's AI Act is the world's first comprehensive legal framework for artificial intelligence. It categorizes AI systems by risk level (unacceptable, high-risk, limited-risk, minimal-risk) and imposes specific obligations accordingly, with phased implementation between 2025 and 2027.

Your business must assess the risk level of your AI systems and comply with the relevant obligations, especially strict documentation, evaluation, and transparency requirements for high-risk systems. General-purpose AI models (GPAI) also face dedicated rules.
